Our program utilizes the renowned Botvin LifeSkills Training Program, a groundbreaking approach to empower students in grades 3-12. Here’s what makes Botvin a catalyst for change:

  • Health and Personal Development: Focused on promoting holistic well-being and resilience.

  • Evidence-based Curriculum: A series of 30-50 minute lessons, crafted for seamless integration into the school curriculum.

  • Remarkable Impact: Proven results with up to 87% reduction in tobacco use, 75% in drug use, and 60% in alcohol use. Additionally, it significantly reduces incidents of verbal/physical aggression, fighting, and delinquency by up to 50%.

Suicide Prevention: Saving Lives with Lifelines and QPR

In our commitment to suicide prevention, we adopt the Lifelines Curriculum and QPR (Question, Persuade, and Refer) method:

  • Lifelines Curriculum: An integrative approach to understanding the signs of suicide and how to respond effectively.

  • QPR Method: A crucial technique in suicide prevention, empowering individuals to Question, Persuade, and Refer those in need to appropriate care.
